Let me set the scenes for you. The guys got ready at the Best Man’s place, named ”The Coop”. It’s the quintessential man’s lair. Cement floors, toolboxes, hunting gear hanging on the walls, and a bar for the boys. The ladies got ready at The Masters Building, where the wedding reception would soon be held. The morning was full of hairspray, makeup brushes, and laughter. Katelyn Shirer and Terri Stone, owner of Country Hair Creations, styled all the girls hair. Shelby Schabel, owner of Island Oasis Salon, helped with makeup.
Rachel and Tyler wanted the ceremony at White Shutter Winery outside of Upper Sandusky, Ohio. The forecast for the day of the wedding was calling for cold temps and rain. They decided to play it safe and hold their ceremony in the barn at White Shutter. Family members and friends filled the chairs. Tyler and Rachel professed their love and vows to one another in the presence of their closest friends and family.
After their beautiful ceremony, the Bride, Groom, and the rest of the wedding party climbed aboard a party bus from Smooth Cruises. The wedding party had a chance to have some drinks, dance to their favorite songs, and relax before the reception. The bus stopped at Rachel and Tyler’s house and The Parker Covered Bridge for photos
Once arriving to the reception, each pair of the bridal party made their own unique entrance; from dancing down the aisle, to popping open a beer and chugging it, to getting a piggyback ride to the front of the room. Rachel and Tyler walked in to many smiles and applause. They joined the rest of the wedding party up front for a group celebration dance. Rachel and Tyler cut their cake, listened to wonderful speeches, and enjoyed being surrounded by love.
